Plaga Organic Bali coffee is proudly produced by a group of organic coffee farmers at Pelaga Village, Mangu Mountain, North of Badung Regency who are really concerned about the quality of farming, processing, and packaging coffee to ensure that coffee we produce is high quality and healthy.

  1. Coffee’s Taste It is grown to produce coffee which has a pure taste. It has a different taste than Coffee which is not organically grown which tends to leave you with a metallic or chemical aftertaste. Different regions and plantations produce varying tastes and strengths, but typically it’s not the bean, itself, causing such aftertastes.It’s additives.
  2. Traditional Coffee Plaga Organic Coffees achieve their famously deep, malty richness. A fine, elegant version, rich, low-toned, and resonantly complex. Plaga Organic Coffee is characterized by a delicate sweetness, gentle acidity, Medium full body with a round honey flavor and coffee flower aroma.

Our organic farming is a form of agriculture that relies on crop rotation, green manure, compost, biological pest control, organically approved pesticide application and mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity and control pests. It excludes or strictly limits the use of synthetic fertilizers and synthetic pesticides, plant growth regulators, livestock antibiotics, food additives, and genetically modified organisms.
